My favorite California memory is from my senior prom night. My high school boyfriend took me to dinner to a blue restaurant, I cannot remember the name and sadly it is no longer there, to Lover’s Point in Pacific Grove. We had a great view of the ocean while we dined in our formal wear. After dinner, we walked to the park and took photos with the beautiful ocean in the background.

My favorite California memory was my 8th grade Graduation Trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain. It was the best night riding roller coasters with my friends. The first ride we went on was Goliath and we waited about like 2 or almost 3 hours in line, which I have never waited that long to get on a roller coaster. Even though it was packed we still had a blast.

My favorite California memory would have to be my first visit to Lake Tahoe. It was my very first time there as well as visiting the snow. My best friend attempted to teach me how to snowboard, unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I was hit by the ski lift before even making my way up the mountain and decided to switch to skis. However it was one of the greatest and most beautiful places I have ever seen.

My favorite California memory is to memory as if it were yesterday, it was the first time I went to the aquarium in Monterrey Ca, I was fascinated to see such a diversity of marine animals in their natural habitat, l am a fan of animal life and its conservation, and going to the aquarium was something extraordinary for me, that l also have in my memories, my children love going to the aquarium, without a doubt it was fascinating and extraordinary to meet sharks, penguins, jellyfish, strange fish, starfish, etc. Every time I get a chance we go to the aquarium.

My most recent favorite California memory is riding through the bike trails that run from Monterey to Pacific Grove. My boyfriend and I rented a two person bike and rode all along the coast while enjoying the beautiful views. -BN

My favorite California memory is from five years ago when I visited Yosemite national park. It was the most beautiful place, with mature tall green trees, aquarium-blue magical waterfalls drizzling.

My favorite California memory is at the age of 12 going with my family on my first hike at Pinnacles National Park. It definitely was a tiring experience getting to the top but the view was so beautiful it made it worth it!-K.E

My favorite California memory is going to Morro Bay with my family and my extended family for father’s day. The thing that makes it so memorable is that I always enjoyed going to the beach and looking at the waves and what you can find at the rocks near the shoreline.

One of my favorite California memories has been visiting Yosemite National Park. Getting to hike alongside deer and the views were beautiful. The best part was seeing vernal falls. Just magical.

My California memory was in Bakersfield. My brother moved to Bakersfield and we get to visit him and his small family when we have free time. We would book a Airbnb in Bakersfield, when we visit. There was a house that we booked, it was a big house. In this house it had 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a gaming room that had a pool table, they had a big pool, a trampoline, and the most amazing part of the house, was the farm. Having fun with my family will always be my California memory.

To list my favorite California memory or memories to be exact in less than 30 words, I would say: Disneyland. Who does not like Disneyland? The rides, the parades, and the shows is what makes me want to come back to. (Though some rides like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror (Links to an external site.) is forever “gone” and replace with Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout.

My favorite memory in California is going to the beach with my family when I was younger. We would listen to music on our way there and sing along. It reminds me of a time when we had no worries and felt free.

My favorite California memory is the first time my dad took me and my family on 17 mile drive. It was such a beautiful sight to see, we would pullover to stop and look at the scenery. I loved the looking at all the nature around me and feeling that nice cool breeze. Today I sometimes go on that 17 mile drive and it feels like it’s my first time all over again.

My favorite California memory was when my aunt and uncle brought me hiking to Garrapata state park trail and that was my first ever hiking experience since we moved here to America. That experience was very challenging for me and it indeed pushed me to my limits which also made me so proud of myself since we did the hard route.

My favorite memory of California was when I first visited Los Angeles because I had never visited such a big city. What most caught my attention were the huge downtown buildings because since I was a child, I have always had such a fanaticism for impressive engineering works.
